Anga Company, providing support, updating and assistance, therefore guarantees a constant professional training, specific to the production of Italian ice-cream (such as the ability to choose raw materials and products on the market, use of machines and equipment, compose and balance blends) and for the management and conduction of the shop.

The professional, technological, managerial and organizational training for the staff of the Italian Anga Artisan Ice Cream Shops will be carried out directly at the shop. The training means developed by the Company for the professional growth of its franchisee can also be extended to the community, in accordance with eventual syndication programs with local Institutions.
